Ductless Master Class (7 hours)

From the foundations of install/setup to the most advanced inverter diagnostics, the Ductless Master Class is finally here. This in depth training is a full day (seven hour) learning event that delves into installation best practices, testing all components, code trouble shooting to advanced service diagnostics on inverter drives.  Pressing into the most common fault codes misdiagnosed and how to avoid the top call backs.This training has multiple sessions of hands on training. All attendees MUST bring their flaring tools, torque wrenches, ductless testing tool (if owned) and all multi-meters they use. This training is comprehensive, if you like to sit and watch a presentation then think twice before signing up for the fastest seven hour session that will sharpen your skills to the blade of a bad butt ninja (ouch!).  Lunch/snack, class materials and completion certification provided.

What to Bring: All attendees MUST bring their flaring tools, torque wrenches, ductless testing tool (if owned-click button below for more information on this tool), all multi-meters they use and smart phone/tablet.

Advanced Motor Diagnostics (2 hours)

Gone are the days of guessing. Diagnose with confidence with a super simple, step by step troubleshooting in an easy to understand format. In this event you will see how to easily identify faulty motors and control boards in three easy steps. This session is accompanied by training material (cheat sheets) to quickly get you in and out of service calls without the creeping dread of the dark shadows of the "call back" in your sunny day.  A unique motor testing tool is included with the training material for techs to diagnose the most advanced ECM motors.  This training is an obvious choice for anyone tired of playing the guessing game of ECM/PWM motors and control boards. Throughout the training you will see live demonstrations of all test procedures reinforced with written training material. Lunch/snack, training materials (hard copy) and a motor tester provided.

Warranty Furnace Magic (1 hour)

In this session, you’ll learn all about the different warranty repair/replacement options that are available depending on the model and age of the unit. Many ill informed technicians often go straight to replacing the exchanger but that might not always be the best option, especially if your homeowner is ready to upgrade. Boiler Installation/Service/Setup (2 hour)

This is a boiler fundamentals training that goes through the core components, system lay out and part identification and purpose. We will cover the basics on Steam boilers with identifying its components, hot water boiler sizing of the boiler itself, the radiators, piping, pumps, expansion tank. We will also go through tricks and tips that will save you call backs and headaches, touching on design and application of 80% and 90% boilers as well as the best practices on maintenance service. Service Airflow (2 hour)

The guess work is over! Guessing on airflow is the fastest way to rack up call backs, don't be the Forest Gump of HVAC. With this fast paced training session you will be able to evaluate duct work for proper sizing in a matter of minutes. This is the number one call back issue in newer installs and causes premature wear on equipment. Be the master of air flow. A ductulator (digital or hard copy) is included in this training session. Lunch/snack and class materials provided.

Infinity/Evolution Communicating Wall Control Set Up & Diagnoses (2 hour)

The great mystery of communicating will be unlocked if you attend this session, are you ready grasshopper? The communicating controls are by far more then a thermostat. With hundreds of options for so many application it is a no brainier to invest time in training verses many hours standing in front of the wall control hoping "you got it this time". These do more then many technicians and installers are aware of  so don't be left in the 90s, join us for a fabulous time of hands on training on the most sophisticated/comfort-providing thermostat ever made. 

This training focuses on the many (and often unknown) options in communicating wall controls. This session will also go through diagnoses of communication failures and installation pitfalls. Set your equipment up like a pro in this training session. Ductless Hybrid Setup & Wiring (3 hour)

With easy to understand training on the exact set up procedure in all ductless hybrid configurations, the head scratching at the job site is a thing of the past.  With color diagrams, wire to terminal connections provided, dip switch settings, all of the dark mysterious clouds of setting up this kind of equipment is gone.
